Jam: SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2021

Jam uses SMS to communicate with users (creators and listeners). SMS communications include (i) sending daily playlists at the time listeners choose; (ii) responding to listeners questions and feedback about shows they have heard and (iii) providing creators with feedback and data on their show's performance. Messages may be sent up to once per day. You can control how often we send messages to you.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, you may reactivate SMS messages inside your account by logging in at listentojam.com.

If you are experiencing issues with SMS, have questions, or otherwise want to get in touch you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@jam.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive daily playlists via SMS as part of Jam. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy at listentojam.com/privacy.
